That’s interesting. I have a 1970s Andre Norton paperback published in Japan that also has a band. I don’t know if they still do that in Japan, though.

Ah, but fitting a “Je traque les tueurs” tatoo along the line of your collarbone is pretty tricky, too. When it comes to thrillers and tatoos, it seems English definitely get more street cred!
This is true, Marie! In the German edition, “I Hunt Killers” remains in English at the end of the book. I assume it will be the same in the French, when I see it, for precisely the reason you state.
